Refunds and cancellation
Effective 11 September 2026 · All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- First membership purchase, including the one-time Lifetime plan: request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment. Changing plans or accounts does not restart this first-purchase guarantee.
- Accidental renewal: request a full refund of a monthly or annual renewal within 48 hours of the charge. No unused-service requirement applies.
- The window starts at payment and is measured when support receives your request, not when review finishes. Outside these windows we do not normally refund unused time; duplicate charges, billing errors or a material failure to provide the purchased service are reviewed separately.
- This policy does not limit any refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email futurelab4134@gmail.com with your website username and receipt number, or purchase date and amount. Requests are reviewed manually; an email alone does not issue an automatic refund. Never send your password, recovery code or full card details.
We do not charge a refund handling fee for eligible refunds. Refunds go to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear 5–10 business days after issuance, depending on the bank; contact the same address about a delayed, pending or failed refund.
Access and renewal
Cancel future monthly or annual renewals in Manage billing at any time. Cancellation alone retains access until the paid period ends. Contact support if the portal is unavailable. A processed refund ends the access funded by that payment, and support will also stop future renewals of that subscription; other separately paid, unrefunded memberships remain valid.
The standard remedy under this policy is a full refund. Any exceptional partial refund must be agreed with its amount and effect on access explained beforehand; a partial refund does not automatically preserve access funded by that payment.
Lifetime means access for the operating lifetime of the MirrorMindAlpha membership service, with no recurring membership fee. It does not mean the purchaser’s lifetime or guarantee that the service will operate forever.
This service provides market charts and data analysis, not order execution. Chart markers are for research, not trade instructions.
